Returns and refunds

Thank you for shopping at Fish.Cakes! Because every item is a one-of-a-kind piece, I want you to love what you receive.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

•  Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

•  I gladly accept returns for defective or damaged items upon receipt (please include photos).

•  Due to the unique, handmade nature of the pieces, final sale items (marked as such) and custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

1.  Contact me at [[email protected]] within the 14-day window with your order number and reason for return.

2.  I’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

3.  Ship the item back at your expense (I recommend using a trackable method).

Refunds

•  Once I receive and inspect your return, I will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

•  Refunds cover the item price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

•  If the item is defective or damaged, I will refund the full amount including original shipping.

Exchanges

I’m happy to offer exchanges when possible (subject to availability). Please follow the same return process above.

Lost or Damaged Returns

I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return shipping process. Please retain your tracking number.
