Thank you for shopping at Fish.Cakes! All of my items are one-of-a-kind pieces made from thrifted vintage, retro, and odd textiles. Because each item is thoughtfully handcrafted and unique, I prepare your order with care.

Processing Time

•  Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

•  During busy periods or for more complex/custom requests, I’ll notify you if there’s any delay.

Shipping Options & Costs (U.S.)

I ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) for reliability and affordability.

All domestic orders include tracking. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery Estimates (U.S.)

•  Standard: 3–7 business days after shipping

•  Priority: 1–4 business days after shipping

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, or carrier delays may affect arrival.

International Shipping

I happily ship worldwide! International orders are sent via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International.

•  Costs vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

•  Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days (sometimes longer depending on customs processing).

•  You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These are not included in the shipping cost.

Tracking & Updates

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly through the link provided.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

•  If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged).

•  I’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will either replace the item or issue a refund where possible.
